Terms of Service
Effective date: October 22, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Champlin Enterprises LLC, the operator of Glowfeed. By creating an account, paying for a plan or using Glowfeed, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Glowfeed.
1. What Glowfeed is
Glowfeed is a done-for-you social media service for small businesses. You give us your website address and some details about your business. We read your public website, make a month of posts from your own photos, logo, colors and words, and show them to you. You can also choose a mix, or images created by AI tools. You approve the ones you want. We schedule the approved posts to the social accounts you connect. Each month we also send you a results report on how your posts did, using performance data from your connected accounts.
We do not guarantee any result from your posts, such as reach, followers, clicks, leads or sales.
2. Your account
- You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email. Keep your email account secure; anyone who can read it can sign in.
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract for your business.
- Give us accurate information and tell us when it changes.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
3. Your content and our license
- Your Content means your website, text, photos, logo, brand details, uploaded files, notes and anything else you give us or ask us to use. You keep ownership of Your Content.
- You give us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, copy, edit, arrange and display Your Content for one purpose: to make your posts, show them to you, and post and store them as part of your service. The license ends when your account ends, except for copies we must keep by law and posts already published on social networks, which are governed by those networks.
- You confirm that you own Your Content or have the right to use it this way, including permission from any people shown in your photos and from the owners of any photos, music or text you give us. You also confirm that Your Content does not break the law or anyone's rights.
- Your posts. As between you and us, and once you have paid for the plan, you own the posts we make for you. We keep our software, templates, layouts and designs.
- Posts may be prepared with the help of automated and AI-based tools. You review and approve every post, as set out in section 4.
4. Review and approval
- We show you your month in your dashboard. You can approve each post, approve them all, or ask for a change on any post.
- We only schedule posts you have approved. Nothing goes live until you approve it.
- Once you approve a post, you are responsible for it. Please read each post before you approve it, including the words, images, prices, dates and any claims it makes about your business. We make the posts from your website and details, so mistakes in them can appear in the posts.
- You can ask for changes to any post. Each post includes up to two rounds of changes at no extra cost. We will make reasonable changes and show you the new version.
5. Connected social accounts
- To post for you, you connect your own social accounts using the links we send. You sign in on each social network's own screen, and you can disconnect at any time.
- Your accounts are subject to each network's own rules. Networks can change their features, limits and rules, or suspend an account, and we are not responsible for that. If a connection stops working, we will ask you to reconnect it.
- You stay responsible for your accounts and for following each network's rules.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to give us, or ask us to make, content that:
- is illegal, deceptive or fraudulent, or promotes illegal goods or services;
- is hateful, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit, or encourages violence or self-harm;
- infringes someone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
- makes false claims about your business, your products or others;
- is spam, or breaks a social network's rules.
You also agree not to misuse Glowfeed: no interfering with it, probing its security, scraping it, reselling it without our written agreement, or using it for a website you do not own or have the right to use.
7. Our right to decline
We may decline, change or remove any content, and may refuse to make posts for a website or topic, if we reasonably think it breaks section 6, risks harm or legal trouble, or a social network would likely reject it. Where we can, we will tell you why. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms.
8. Plans, billing and renewal
- Glowfeed is a monthly subscription. Plans, what each includes and prices are shown on our pricing page and at checkout, and the price at checkout is the price you agree to.
- You pay each month in advance. Your first charge is when you start your plan. After that, your plan renews automatically each month on the same date, and we charge the payment method on file, until you cancel.
- Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not see or store your card number.
- Prices do not include taxes, which we add where required.
- Price changes. If we change the price of your plan, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to you. If you do not want the new price, cancel before it takes effect.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails, we will email you. If it is not resolved within 7 days, we may pause making and posting new content until it is.
9. Cancellation, refunds and support
- How to cancel. Sign in, open the billing page and choose to manage your subscription. If you cannot, email hello@glowfeed.ai and we will cancel it for you.
- When it takes effect. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Your plan stays active until then. After that, we stop making new months, and any scheduled posts stop. Posts scheduled for dates after the paid period ends will not go out.
- 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy, email hello@glowfeed.ai within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full and cancel your plan. This applies once per business, to the first payment only.
- No refunds after that. Apart from the guarantee above, we do not refund the part of a month that remains after you cancel, or a month you chose not to use.
- If you were charged by mistake, write to us and we will put it right.
- Support. A real person reads every email and change request sent to hello@glowfeed.ai and replies within one business day (Monday to Friday, US Central time, excluding US federal holidays).
10. Our materials
Glowfeed, including its software, templates, designs, name and logo, belongs to us and our licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your subscription is active. You may not copy it or build a competing service from it.
11. Third-party services
Glowfeed depends on services run by others, such as social networks, payment processing, hosting and email delivery. We are not responsible for their outages, changes or actions.
12. Disclaimers
Glowfeed is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not make warranties of any kind, including that the service will be uninterrupted or error free, that posts will reach any audience, or that any social network will accept or publish a post. Some places do not allow some disclaimers, so some of these may not apply to you.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill; and
- our total liability for any claim relating to Glowfeed is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Indemnity
You agree to defend and reimburse us for claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that come from Your Content, from content you approve, or from your breach of these terms.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you and we agree to those courts' jurisdiction.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will update the effective date above and tell you by email before it applies to you. Using Glowfeed after a change takes effect means you accept it. If you do not accept it, cancel before it takes effect.
17. General
These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about Glowfeed. If a part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a term, that does not waive it. You may not transfer your account without our written consent.
