Do I need to do anything?
A little. Give us your website address. Review your month and approve the posts you want. Connect your social accounts once, using simple links we send you. After that, your posts go out on schedule.
Where do the photos come from?
From your own website and any photos you upload. We pull your photos, your logo and your colors from your site, so every post looks like you. By default we use only your own photos. You can choose to let us mix in AI-made images, and you can change that any time.
What if I do not like a post?
Tell us what you would change. Each post includes up to two rounds of changes at no extra cost. We rework it, you approve it, or the post stays out.
Do you use AI?
AI helps us draft captions and lay out posts from your own photos and your own words. Nothing posts until you approve it. Ask for a change and we make it.
Which places do you post to?
Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Google Business Profile. Starter includes up to 3 of them. Growth and Pro include all five.
When do you reply?
A real person replies to every email and change request within one business day. Business days are Monday to Friday, Central Time, not counting federal holidays.
What if it is not for me?
Ask within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. One refund per business.
What if I miss the review?
Then nothing posts. Silence never publishes: a post goes out only after you approve it.
What happens after I send my website?
You pick a plan and check out. Then you tell us a little about your business. Once your first month is ready, we email you, and you review it and approve what you like.
