Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 22, 2026

Glowfeed is a done-for-you social media service for small businesses. It is a product of Champlin Enterprises LLC, based in Illinois. This policy explains what we collect, why, who sees it, and the choices you have. We have tried to write it in plain English.

The short version

  • We collect what we need to make and post your content: your website address, email, business details, photos you upload and your sign-in activity.
  • We read the public pages of your website to build your posts.
  • We use Google Analytics and our own analytics tool to see how people use this website, with Google's advertising features turned off.
  • Card numbers go to our payment processor. We never see or store them.
  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • You can ask us to see, fix or delete your information at hello@glowfeed.ai.

1. Who we are

"Glowfeed", "we", "us" and "our" mean Champlin Enterprises LLC, the operator of glowfeed.ai and the Glowfeed service. Write to us at hello@glowfeed.ai or 1449 S Michigan Ave, Ste 13946, Chicago, IL 60605.

2. What we collect

What you give us

  • Your website address and email address.
  • Your business name and details: what you sell, your city or service area, the voice you prefer, topics we should avoid, and which social channels you want.
  • Photos and other files you upload.
  • Your approvals, change requests and notes on posts.
  • Messages you send us.

What we collect from your public website

  • With your website address, our system reads your public pages and collects text, photos, your logo and your brand colors. We use only what is publicly available. We do not log in to your site or open private areas.
  • Please submit only a website you own or have the right to use.

Payment information

  • Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. Your card details go straight to the processor. We never see or store full card numbers.
  • We keep your plan, subscription status, billing dates and a reference the processor gives us for your account.

Your connected social accounts

  • When you connect an account, you sign in on the social network's own screen and give permission for us to post for you. We never see your social network passwords. We keep the connection details needed to schedule your approved posts, and you can disconnect at any time.
  • Once your posts are live, we receive performance data about them from the connected social accounts, such as how many people saw, liked, commented on or shared a post. We use it to put together your monthly results report. We receive data about your posts and your account, not about the people who viewed them.

Technical information

  • Our servers and tools record things like IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed and dates and times. We use this to run the site, keep it secure and understand how it is used.

3. How we use it

  • To make your posts, show them to you for approval, schedule the ones you approve, and post them to the accounts you connect.
  • To report your results: we use the post performance data we receive from your connected accounts to build your monthly results report.
  • To run your account: sign you in, bill you, answer your questions and send service emails (sign-in links, "your month is ready", billing notices).
  • To keep Glowfeed secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
  • To meet legal obligations.

We use automated tools, which may include AI-based tools, to read your website and help prepare posts. By default your posts are built from your own website photos and brand. You can choose a mix, or images created by AI tools. You review and approve every post before it goes out.

4. Who we share it with

  • Service providers that help us run Glowfeed: hosting, database and file storage, email delivery, payment processing, social posting and scheduling, and website analytics. They may use your information only to provide their service to us. We can give you a list of them on request.
  • Your social networks, when we post your approved content to the accounts you connect. Posts you approve are public on those networks by their nature.
  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our customers, us or others.
  • A business transfer. If Glowfeed is sold or merged, information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Cookies

  • Sign-in cookie. When you sign in we set a session cookie (named gf_session) so you stay signed in for up to 30 days. It is needed for the service to work. It does not track you across other sites.
  • Website analytics. We use Google Analytics and Pulse, an analytics tool run by Champlin Enterprises, to count visits and see which pages people use, so we can improve the site. They record things like the pages you view, the site that sent you, and your browser and device type. Google Analytics sets its own cookies (named _ga) to tell repeat visits apart. We have turned off Google's advertising features, so we do not use this data for ads. Pulse sets a cookie (named pulse_ls) only if you arrive from a link in one of our emails. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.
  • Your choices. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking analytics cookies does not affect the service. If you block the sign-in cookie, you will not be able to stay signed in.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is active. After you cancel, we delete your account and content data (your photos, posts and business details) within 90 days. We keep billing and tax records for as long as the law requires, which can be up to 7 years.

7. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections, sign-in by one-time email link (no password to steal) and limited access to customer data. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it or give you a copy. Write to hello@glowfeed.ai from the email on your account. We will check it is really you, and we will reply within the time the law requires.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, such as the right to appeal a decision. We will not treat you worse for using these rights.

We send service emails, such as a sign-in link, a billing notice or a note that your month is ready.

9. People in your photos

Photos you upload may show people. Please make sure you have permission to use them in your marketing. We do not use face recognition and do not collect biometric identifiers from your photos.

10. Children

Glowfeed is for businesses, not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Other websites and services

Our site may link to other websites, and your posts live on social networks. Their privacy practices are their own, so please read their policies.

12. Changes to this policy

If we make a material change, we will update the effective date above and, if you have an account, tell you by email before it takes effect.
